Heaven's Breath Chi-kung Workshop (CPD)

We will be running the Heaven's Breath chi-kung (qigong) workshop on Saturday 3rd August from 1.30-4pm. This workshop can be used as a CPD day (Continual Professional Development) or just because you want to develop your skills.

Breath is the bridge which connects life to consciousness, which unites your body to your thoughts.Whenever your mind becomes scattered, use your breath as the means to take hold of your mind again.

Heaven's Breath qigong is a strengthening an invigorating qigong set.

This is the first time this chi-kung workshop has ever been offered in the UK and the only one planned for this year.
